SPEAKER_01Blue sky meditation. For this open awareness practice, you're going to visualize a big blue sky on a sunny day. Imagine you're in an open field on a hill or a mountain. The sun is shining. Maybe there's little yellow flowers scattered throughout, and a nice warm breeze. You're lying in the grass looking up at the vast open blue sky above, taking in the spacious sky infinitely blue.

Stormy ones, light wispy ones, even bright big fluffy clouds. They're all just passing through this vast sky. Continue to visualize a vast blue open sky, noticing any clouds passing through, moving through the sky of your awareness, noticing the space that is always there, behind and between the clouds, stretching infinitely out in all directions, spacious, infinite, the big blue sky.
