Welcome to Inner Strength Meditations. For a little calm and care, we got you.

Introducing The Clarity Superpower

SPEAKER_01

In this meditation in our superpower series, we're going to imagine the superpower of clarity, sharpening our brain, making us alert, clear, curious, awake, brilliant, quick, and happy.

Posture And Deep Breathing

SPEAKER_00

Sit with your spine tall and your head balanced at the top of your spine.

SPEAKER_01

Take a deep breath in, filling your lungs like you were filling a balloon, feeling your stomach expanding out, which is really your diaphragm moving in the bottom of your lungs, opening up. And exhale with a slightly longer exhalation, clearing your lungs of all the used air, and filling them again with a nice deep breath, drinking in the oxygen, filling your body, allowing that oxygen to course through your bloodstream and reach every last corner, the tips of your fingers, the tips of your toes, and exhale out all of the carbon dioxide, all of the used air.

Visualizing Breath In The Brain

SPEAKER_01

And on your next inhalation, breathe in and imagine the air just filling your brain, filling your head, all the little nooks and crevices. And

Inviting Precision And Creativity

SPEAKER_01

imagine that you're filling your head not just with your breath, but with clarity, precision, curiosity, brilliance, innovation, creativity. Keep inhaling and exhaling on your inhalations, feeling your brain, imagining your brain filling with clarity. And imagine that that clarity is so brilliant. It can take in all dimensions logic, emotion, relationship, self-care.

SPEAKER_00

But that brilliance has a kindness to it.

Kind, Multi-Dimensional Awareness

SPEAKER_00

Now sit in stillness, letting your breath be just as it wants to be. You can either keep your attention on that feeling of clarity, or simply

Resting In Stillness And Ease

the ease of being still. And with kindness.
