Affirmations are phrases that help us to be strong and practice kindness in our thoughts and speech. Repeat the following phrases in your mind or out loud to boost confidence and promote positivity.

Settle Into The Breath

Sit in a comfortable position and close your eyes if you'd like. Start to notice the natural flow of your breathing. Notice the gentle rise and fall of your belly as you breathe in and out.
