Settle Body And Breath

Get into a comfortable position and lower your gaze or close your eyes.

Start to notice the flow of your inhale and exhale. Breathing easy. Taking your time to get still. Bringing

Breathe Love In, Compassion Out

all of your attention to yourself.

Notice if you're holding any tension in your body. Notice if any area in your body feels tense or tight. Imagine sending your breath to those areas.

And as you exhale, gently release. Soften. Continue breathing at your own pace.

Just noticing and start to imagine that with every inhale, you're breathing in love.

With every exhale, breathing out compassion. Take your time.
