Settle Body And Breath
SPEAKER_01Get into a comfortable position and lower your gaze or close your eyes.
SPEAKER_02Start to notice the flow of your inhale and exhale. Breathing easy. Taking your time to get still. Bringing
Breathe Love In, Compassion Out
SPEAKER_02all of your attention to yourself.
SPEAKER_01Notice if you're holding any tension in your body. Notice if any area in your body feels tense or tight. Imagine sending your breath to those areas.
SPEAKER_02And as you exhale, gently release. Soften. Continue breathing at your own pace.
SPEAKER_01Just noticing and start to imagine that with every inhale, you're breathing in love.
SPEAKER_02With every exhale, breathing out compassion. Take your time.
